Kidney Bean Onion Tomato Pepper Stew Alkaline Electric Recipe | Dr Sebi Inspired

Inspired again by the wonderful Dr. Sebi I came up with something mighty tasty. While following part of the nutritional guide, I was craving some stew… so I made it! Not the kidney beans are not alkaline electric. Here’s how it was made:

Serrano Pepper
White Onion (2)
Roma Tomato
Red Kidney Beans (1lb)[the beans are not alkaline, you can use mushrooms as a sub]
Grapeseed Oil (Apply as desired)
Ground Pepper (Apply as desired)
Lime (1/2, Small squirt)

  1. Pour Beans into a pot to soak in cool water
  2. Dice the onions then place into a bowl
  3. Dice the Roma tomato then place into a bowl
  4. Slice Serrano pepper then place into a bowl
  5. Squeeze a small squirt of lime into a bowl
  6. Add ground pepper
  7. Apply grapeseed oil into bowl
  8. Stir thoroughly
  9. Remove water that was soaking in the pot with the beans
  10. Place bowl of cut vegetables into pot with beans
  11. Fill pot with water (Apply as desired)
  12. Turn on stove to the desired temperature
  13. Place pot on stove with the desired setting (goal is for water to boil)
Optional: Seperate the broth from the rest of the stew
