9 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Eat Meat

I’m as peaceful and mellow as could be. This wasn’t always the case. Before I was frustrated about being frustrated and this lead to nothing beneficial for me. I had so much unnecessary aggression and stress that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. It was recommended by a friend to stop eating meat (including fish). I said, “What stop eating meat?” They said, “You will feel better after doing so.” Sounded crazy at the time but I did and never looked back. I did the research and here are reasons why you shouldn’t eat meat:

Neu5Gc

N-Glycolylneuraminic acid is a sialic acid found in non-human acid that is found in mammals. Which has a strong connection to heart disease and cancer. Neu5Gc most of the time is found in tumors.

Inflammation

High-fat meals when consumed cause inflammation in the lungs.[1] Which has relation to coronary artery disease risk and serum cholesterol. This can lead several other problems.

Pancreatic cancer

A tumor that begins in the organ lying behind the lower part of the stomach. It is found that animal origins dietary fat are linked to Pancreatic Cancer. [2]

Cholesterol

Has been shown to help in the development of breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer in the world. [3]

Urinary Tract Infection

Infection is a tissue invasion with a pathogenic agent that produce an injurious effect. UTI is an infection involving urethra, bladder, ureter and renal pelvis. Chicken has a correlation to the cause of this disease. [4]

Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm

The aorta is the main blood vessel that supplies blood to the abdomen, pelvis, and legs. An abdominal aortic aneurysm occurs when an area of the aorta becomes very large or balloons out. [5] The disease is gradual but persistently harmful with 85% death rate after rupture. The consumption of animals every so often indefinitely enlarges the outcome of abdominal aorta aneurysm. [6]

Eczema

Acute or chronic cutaneous lesion with erythema, papule, vesicles and crusts leading to itching, lichenification, and pigmentation; mostly atopic or allergic. A study done says that “Maternal meat and fat consumption during pregnancy and suspected atopic eczema in Japanese infants aged 3-4 months: the Osaka Maternal and Child Health Study.” [7]

Putrescine

A poisonous polyamine formed by bacterial action on arginine. It has the potential to cause cancer. It can be located and non-spoiled food. The rate is large in fish. [8]

Arthritis

Painful inflammation and stiffness of the joints. Even little amounts of meat digested fewer than once a week leads to arthritis. [9]
